Kinetic

An AI video studio.

Kinetic is an AI video production studio I'm building. Right now it makes product launch videos. Right now, I'm asking it to come up with a fictional product, and then it produces the finished video end-to-end. All the videos here were one-shotted.

You could of course use real products by giving the system the relevant context. For now I'm using fictional products to refine the other, more difficult parts of the system: the ideation, editing, transitions, creativity etc...

This page is a chronology of the videos as I improve the system, with the newest at the top, so that I can show the progression as the system improves over time.

A launch film for a fictional subscription-audit app. A much shorter one - ten seconds, fast-paced.
Note to self
This one works. I like the pace, and I like the brutalist, military-like textures it went for. The font is a little weird, but I still like it. An improvement.

Note to self
An improvement in pacing, dynamics and variety. But the white card components and the font don't sit right - the type isn't used well, and the textures are a bit plain throughout.

Pretty good. The sound effects are a little weird, but it's a nice demo - I like the colours, the palette, and the design it went for.

AI sloppy type styling, and the sound effects are way too loud. But overall a pretty decent improvement.

The alignment of components is off in places and there are small visual artefacts throughout. But the transitions and the components it used were quite an improvement.
